Community Yard Sale

Register for your table at the Community Yard Sale on Saturday, May 18, 2024.

Proceeds from registration fees benefit the mission programs and community outreach of Pilgrim Church of Duxbury.

Registration will reserve your table at the day-long sale.  You must complete a the Google form to reserve your spot. Payment by check or credit card is separate.  Your completed reservation form and payment ($50 minimum contribution) must be received by May 1st in order to secure the space. We will maintain a waitlist to ensure that all spaces are filled. Please make your payment promptly.

Please note that this sale will take place inside. If weather permits, some tables may be set up outside on Saturday morning.

Guidelines for the sale are listed below:

  • No clothing or large furniture.
  • Table host is responsible for set up, pricing, sales, breakdown and removal of left over items.
  • Tables are 6-8 foot rectangles and a handful of round tables.
  • There are 18 tables available. They will be set up in Fellowship Hall and other common spaces in the church.
  • We will maintain a waitlist when table registrations are full.
  • Load in and set up will be on Friday, May 17 (5-7pm only) and Saturday, May 18 (8-10am).
  • Doors for the sale open to the public at 10am and close at 3pm.
  • There will be no early bird shopping.
